Just install our client program on your Windows XP or Windows 7 computer and use your Wi-FI, 3G or network connection to access your database in our secure server farm. Program updates can be downloaded automatically and we take care of the database security and administration of your database.
The web subscription is priced monthly and based on the number of concurrent users, not total users. Integrated modules such as CAD, RMS, Jail Management, MDT, Civil Process, Scheduling, Field Reporting and Multi-Jurisdiction are available at any time for an additional monthly fee. Integrate new forms (one-time fee) for a customized public safety solution. Save money by building your system to your specifications and only pay for the options you need.
There are no setup costs, no licensing fees and no yearly maintenance costs. Telephone support Monday through Friday 9 AM and 5 PM EST is free and email support is free 24/7. Additional services include data migration, creating new forms, changing existing forms or non-emergency voice support after 5 PM EST.

If there is a requirement to maintain the data locally, a database server can be added to the monthly subscription. We build the server, pre-install all software and can ship it or have one of our technicians perform the installation. There is no need to have database administrators on staff as we take care of these tasks for you.
